Agreement to Terms
By using our towing services, you agree to these terms. When you call us for a tow or roadside help, you are entering into an agreement with RapidWorks Milpitas Towing. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Our Services
We provide towing and roadside assistance services in Milpitas, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include:
- Emergency towing for disabled vehicles
- Roadside assistance including jump starts, tire changes, and lockout service
- Flatbed towing for luxury and specialty vehicles
- Long-distance towing services
- Motorcycle towing
- Accident recovery and winching
- Junk car removal
- Heavy-duty towing
Service Availability
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, and the number of service calls we are handling. We will always do our best to reach you as quickly as possible.
Pricing and Payment
We provide upfront pricing estimates when you call. The final cost may vary based on:
- Distance traveled
- Type of vehicle being towed
- Time of day and day of week
- Special equipment or techniques required
- Road and weather conditions
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you are using insurance coverage, you may need to pay upfront and seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Your Responsibilities
When you use our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle
- Remove all valuable personal items from your vehicle before towing
- Provide proof of ownership or authorization to tow the vehicle
- Pay for services rendered
- Follow safety instructions from our team
Liability and Insurance
RapidWorks Milpitas Towing carries proper insurance and licensing for all our services. We take every precaution to handle your vehicle safely. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage that occurs due to the condition of your vehicle, or personal items left in the vehicle. We recommend removing all valuables before towing.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is on the way to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover fuel and time.
Storage
If we tow your vehicle to our facility and you do not pick it up immediately, storage fees may apply. We will inform you of these fees upfront. You are responsible for collecting your vehicle in a timely manner.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from our services or delays in service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
